Partner at Saratoga Historic Restorations, LLC - owners of 454 Broadway (Saratoga Marketplace) and several other Broadway buildings. Involved for over 40 years in the restoration and management of downtown buildings. Also owned Mabou, a large retail store on Broadway from 1971 until 2005. Currently working on several projects in 17 Maple (Metro Building), 468 Broadway (Max Londons Restaurant building) and 440 Broadway (Wheatfields building).
