Preserving and sharing the history of the people who have lived, worked, and played in the Adirondacks.
The Adirondack Museum's vast campus features exhibitions in 24 modern galleries and historic buildings from around the Park. You will explore topics ranging from boating, to logging, to Native American arts, and will find daily programs and hands-on activities for kids.
With traditional Adirondack workshops, special events like the Made in the Adirondacks Fair, the Rustic Furniture Fair, and many more, Monday Evening Lectures in the summer, Cabin Fever Sunday programs in the winter, hikes to historic Minnow Pond, the beautiful Lake View Cafe, the Adirondack Museum Store, and so much more, a day at the museum promises an Adirondack experience unlike any other.
