The process of lactic-acid fermentation increases vitamins, enzymes and beneficial bacteria naturally present in all foods. Fermented foods are healing foods and traditional foods. They should be included in all diets. In this class, Roberta will teach us how to make kombucha, kefir, sourdough starter (for bread baking), cultured butter and sauerkraut.
