10th Annual Cardboard Boat Race - 08/09/2014

Fun for the whole family!

Hudson Crossing Park presents its 10th Annual Cardboard Boat Race on Saturday, August 09th (rain date Sunday, August 10th) at Fort Hardy Park Beach on Route 29 in Schuylerville from 8am to 3pm. This event is fun for the whole family and is sponsored by the Erie Canalway National Heritage Corridor, Stewart’s Shops, Glens Falls National Bank and Trust Company and the Hilton Garden Inn.

 The first race launches at 1pm and best photo opportunities are between 12pm and 2pm.  Admission is free for spectators. Pre-registration discounts for individuals and companies are available at www.hudsoncrossingpark.org.  On-site registration and construction is open from 8am – 12pm.  A list of rules, registration forms and hints to get started with your boat building is available at www.hudsoncrossingpark.org or by email at info@hudsoncrossingpark.org
