Latham, NY – The National Bank of Coxsackie (“NBC”) presented the Albany Housing Coalition with a donation in support of their mission to serve homeless Veterans. The funds were secured through the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York Small Business Recovery Grant Program. NBC is a member of the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York and applied for the funds made available through this special program,

Albany Housing Coalition Inc. has proved supportive housing and services for homeless Veterans since 1987. They currently house and serve 70 homeless Veteran participants providing a continuum of affordable housing options and specialized case management services designed to encourage participants reintegration and independent living.

“We are so proud to be able to offer support to the Albany Housing Coalition in their quest to provide support with dignity to Veterans in need of housing assistance. The Albany Housing Coalition story is inspirational and their services improve the lives of our Veterans “John A. Balli, NBC Chief Executive Officer stated.
