​Bond Growing in Saratoga

Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC (Bond) has signed a lease for a new, expanded office in Saratoga Springs, strengthening the Firm’s footprint in the Capital Region and positioning its Saratoga team for continued growth to meet rising client demand. The new space, located at One Congress Plaza on Broadway, is slightly over 11,000 square feet, over four times the size of Bond’s current Saratoga office, and is expected to open in late spring 2026.
