6th Annual Saratoga Giant PumpkinFest Returns September 25
Enjoy a day of free, family friendly fun to kick off the Fall season
SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – The Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce is proud to partner with the Saratoga Springs City Center to host the 6th annual Saratoga Giant PumpkinFest on Saturday, September 25, 2021.
Will one of this year’s pumpkins break the record for heaviest pumpkin, weighing more than 2,000 pounds? Green-thumbed growers from around the Northeast will compete for the title of “Biggest Pumpkin of the Year” among other categories, including Heaviest Squash, Prettiest Pumpkin, and Heaviest Watermelon.
“We’re excited to welcome the agriculture community, local families, and tourists from around the region back to downtown Saratoga Springs to enjoy a friendly competition to officially kick off Fall this year,” said Todd Shimkus, CCE, President, Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce. “From heaviest pumpkin to longest gourd, you’ll be in awe of the bounteous produce grown right here in the Northeast’s

Visitors are welcome to stop by the Saratoga Springs City Center Parking Garage for a day of free, family friendly fun beginning at 10 a.m. on September 25. The official weigh-off will begin at 11. Along with viewing some of the largest produce in the Northeast, food vendors and other exhibits will be on hand to enjoy throughout the day.
