Originally founded in 1920 in Amsterdam, New York, Russo's legacy is as rich as the Italian comfort food that so many generations of both our family and countless customers grew up on. Our story begins in the early 1900s and travels through the most trying times of immigration, prohibition, financial and natural disasters and, yet, nearly 100 years later, Russo's is stronger that ever thanks to the support from our loyal customers.
