Residential Program Coordinator (QIDP)
Saratoga Bridges is looking for a QIDP for people we support in our IRAs. This candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience working with people who have developmental disabilities, preferably in OPWDD services. This person will be responsible for developing a Life Plan with Staff Action Plans, Valued Outcomes, and Plans of Protective Oversite with the person you support and their team. If you don't know what these abbreviations and terminology mean, this is not the job for you.
In this role the Program Coordinator (PC) will provide training, support and review of goals and data collection ensuring that DSPs are implementing goals properly and recording them within timeline. There are monthly, quarterly and annual reports that need to be completed and tracked. This role requires a person-centered approach, skills in organization and communication.

Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, such as Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field. This is required for the QIDP status.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with people who have a developmental disability
- OPWDD experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to transport yourself between residential houses
