ARM for ID/DD group home

We're looking for DSPs with a year or more experience supporting people with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) that are looking for a professional growth opportunity. Is that you? ARMs provide direct care support to the people we work with.  ARM's train new employees. They help DSPs gain the skills needed to move their career along too. You get play a part in making it a great work environment for everyone.

Some of the ARMs responsibilities include working on the weekly schedule to find coverage and fill in when needed at their home and at other houses. Our on-call rotation is only a 24-hour period. ARMs manage the food shopping orders. They also ensure funds are withdrawn for events that the individual wants to attend.  With the person, they plan trips and vacations near or far.

Our base pay range is $19.10 to $22.00 depending on the work location. We have differentials of $2.00 for weekday overnights and a $4.00 differential for weekend overnights.
