Small family-owned and operated Saratoga-based Farmers Insurance Agency is hiring for the role of an insurance producer.

Applicant should possess an active NY P&C and/or life insurance agent license.
The role may be full or part-time.

In-office and remote options available.

Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Compensation plans offered include a mix of hourly and performance-based options.

Typical responsibilities include a mix of sales (quote generation, customer outreach and engagement) and account servicing (billing inquiries and payments, account updates, misc. customer inquiries). The company may choose to split service and sales roles depending on suitability as well as experience and business preferences of the applicant. 

The hired candidate(s) will join a small team of 2 full-timers and 2 part-timers in a business that has served the Saratoga area for the last 7 years.
