We are looking for a full-time Staff Accountant to join our Finance team at our Mechanicville, NY headquarters.
Please note: This is an on-site position (not remote).
Position Overview
The Staff Accountant plays a key role in supporting our Finance operations. Responsibilities include:
- Recording monthly journal entries
- Assisting with weekly Accounts Payable transactions
- Matching invoices to bills of lading and purchase orders (when applicable)
- Ensuring all invoices are properly approved prior to payment
- Providing support to other members of the Finance Department as needed
