Cleaner

Description 

This position is responsible for performing routine building cleaning tasks. This is manual work requiring efficient performance of simple building cleaning duties. A Cleaner works under immediate supervision on recurring assignments, and receives specific instructions on each new or unusual assignment. Does related work as required.

Abilities 

Working knowledge of building cleaning practices, supplies and equipment, and the ability to use them economically and efficiently; ability to understand and follow simple oral and written directions; willingness to perform janitorial tasks; thoroughness; dependability; good physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position.
