Skilled Carpenter

Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

We’re looking for a skilled, self-motivated finish carpenter to join our team at Thomas Construction. This is not an apprentice role — we need someone who can take a kitchen or bathroom remodel from start to finish, everything short of plumbing and electric.

What you’ll do:

• Complete full kitchen and bath remodels independently

• Handle framing, sistering joists, cabinetry, flooring, trim, and finish work

• Understand how plumbing and electric should be laid out

• Keep a clean, organized, and professional jobsite

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a finish or remodeling carpenter

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines

• Clean-cut, professional appearance

• Own basic carpentry tools (we supply the company truck and larger equipment)

• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
