We are looking to add to our local loan servicing team with proven and future industry leaders who are collaborative, insightful, and driven!
Century takes pride in the service we provide our borrowers. Our servicing team strives to ensure a successful long-term relationship with each of our borrowers. As a member of the loan servicing team, in addition to assisting in maintaining these relationships you will help service an FHA/HUD insured loan portfolio of market rate and affordable multifamily apartments, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. The job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Prepare and email monthly mortgage invoices
- Record mortgage payments into servicing software when received
- Escrow management which includes preparing and updating escrow analyses, making tax, insurance and MIP payments from borrower escrow accounts
- Monitor insurance policies to ensure we have current policies on file and they are in compliance with HUD regulations
- Provide borrowers with Monthly Account Activities
- Coordinate with 3rd. party provider on HUD required property inspections for the portfolio
- Construction Loan Servicing-Prepare construction draws in accordance with HUD guidelines
- Provide assistance to Production team when needed
- Minimum 3-5 years previous experience in servicing commercial estate loans is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
- Proficiency with MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments to meet critical and established deadlines.
- Maintain professional business image and excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing (spelling, grammar, and punctuation).
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and constant interruptions.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively on a team to deliver superior client service.
