Yaddo Summer Benefit

Yaddo's annual fundraising event, held on the grounds in the Mansion, will feature a program by Yaddo artist Gabriel Kahane, a wonderful singer-songwriter and musician, who will move from piano to guitar, playing numbers from his latest album, The Ambassador, a celebration of the many contributions Yaddo artists make to our cultural life, the benefit is always a vibrant and sold-out event. Over 200 guests are expected from Saratoga Springs, Glens Falls, Albany and the entire Capital District, enjoying an evening of entertainment, delicious food and wine, and splendid company.The proceeds from this event play a crucial role in ensuring that the artists residency program continues to flourish. Over 6,500 individuals have created work at Yaddo literature (fiction, non-fiction, and poetry), paintings, photography, sculpture, music, dance and film that have helped shape the contemporary cultural landscape and touched millions of lives.
