Avon is a successful Community Leader who opened her insurance agency 10 years ago and founded I Am I Can, a mentoring program for high school girls. She is the recipient of the WERC Leadership Award and has been featured in HerLife Magazine and The Business Review. Avon is a member of the Women’s President Organization and continues to be a guest speaker/facilitator for various organizations and businesses.
