10th Anniversary for the Walk for Hospice, Saturday, June 18th, 9am registration. At the University at Albany, 1400 Washington Ave., Albany, NY.

10th Annual Walk for Hospice to benefit The Community Hospice - Saturday, June 18, 2011 at the University at Albany Campus. Registration is at 9 a.m.; Walk begins at 10:30 a.m. This event provides an opportunity for families, friends and co-workers to join together and walk in memory of or in honor of a loved one. At the conclusion of the walk, walkers who have raised $45.00 or more are invited to “The After Walk Fest!” which includes lunch donated by Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, entertainment by The Refrigerators, family entertainment and an official “Walk for Hospice” T-shirt. The Community Hospice will honor the winners who have raised the highest amount in donations in three categories: • The Individual Walker • The Family/Friends Team • The Corporate Team Winners in the above categories will be notified by the end of June. We hope that you’ll join us. Your contribution will benefit the programs and services provided by The Community Hospice.
