Twin Rivers Council, Distinguished Citizen Award Dinner honoring Jack Rifenburg
Twin Rivers Council, Boy Scouts of America will be honoring Mr. Jack Rifenburg with the 2016 Distinguised Citizen Award at a dinner in his honor on September 28th at The Century House in Latham. Also, 2016 marks the Twin Rivers Council 25th Anniversary. There will be special presentations throughout the night celebrating 25 of service to our youth and community.
