Twin Bridges Council Meeting

The Saratoga County Chamber Twin Bridges Council holds meetings every other month. The Council is comprised of chamber members who have a focus on Southern Saratoga County.  The Council is open to any chamber member who is interested in attending and guests are always welcome.

Twin Bridges Council Mission:  To initiate and provide programs and services which will enhance members' ability to successfully conduct their business and to enhance and promote a healthy economy, making Saratoga County an ideal place to work, live and visit.

This Month, we have a guest speaker, Keith McKenna, Principal | Owner – Ascent OpEx, LLC. 
Ascent OpEx LLC is a transformational business leader with a continuous improvement mindset and progressive leadership experience helping both large and small capital region businesses achieve improved performance, reduced costs and elevated operational execution.  

As part of the meeting, Keith will share his knowledge on Leading Out of Crisis - Recovering “Your” Business “Together”:  As we prepare to reopen the economy, it is time to transition from leading in crisis to leading out of crisis.  Applying the principles and tools of the Operational Excellence philosophy, you can engage “your” team to identify and address current and future business threats “together” while using the opportunity to drive improved engagement and commitment.
