What We Will Cover in Workshop:
This workshop will cover the various stages and strategies of start-up financing. We’ll cover everything from bootstrapping to angel and venture capital. The information provided in this workshop will provide anyone interested in starting a business or currently in business and looking to grow, the information needed to increase your ability to obtain financing.
We will review the process of building an effective business plan and what needs to be included in it, including financial pro-forma projections models, as well as some of the basic vocabulary and structure of financing options for small businesses seeking to secure financing for growth and expansion.
We will also define the various types of investors, and how to align your interest with theirs, so that you are putting yourself in the best position to successfully finance your start-up enterprise.
