Saturday Open Car Show & Sunday Concours d'Elegance

The festivities will begin on Friday, September 27, with a cruise-in at Hemmings Motor News in Bennington, Vermont. The group will then enjoy a scenic one-hour drive through the rolling back roads of Vermont and Upstate New York, ending at the weekend’s destination, the Saratoga Automobile Museum.  Upon arriving at our destination the Rally participants are invited to a cocktail reception along with a tour of the automobiles on display.

On Saturday, September 28, at the Saratoga Automobile Museum, there will be an all-day informal car show open to all domestic and foreign cars, trucks and motorcycles, hot rods and street rods, with the winning cars appearing in the pages of Hemmings Motor News.  This is also a non-judged show; the winning cars are based on being “Most Desirable” as decided by the Hemmings editors. Trophies will be awarded to all first- and second-place winners. This promises to be one of the largest gatherings of collector cars New England has ever seen.   

The Concours d’Elegance will be held on Sunday, September 29, at the reflecting pool in Saratoga Springs State Park, a short walk from the museum. The Concours, which will be an invitation-only show, begins mid-morning and will feature some of the rarest, most desirable and best-restored collector cars of all time. The Concours concludes with an awards ceremony honoring the winners. Whether a car wins an award or not, every Concours participant will be profiled in Hemmings Motor News.
