Taste of Home

The Taste of Home Cooking School will feature a professional culinary specialist demonstrating recipes, cooking methods, practical kitchen tips, and plating techniques in an entertaining and educational environment. The presenter shows step-by-step dishes using seasonal ingredients that are available at the local grocery store.

Doors open at 4:15 p.m. for VIP seating and at 5 p.m. for general admission ticket holders. There is a vendor exhibition from 5-7 p.m. with taste sampling, demonstrations and more by area businesses. The show begins at 7 p.m.

All Taste of Home Cooking School attendees receive a gift bag filled with coupons, product samples and a Taste of Home Cooking School magazine.

The VIP packages are $45 and include early admission, reserved seating, a meet-and-greet with the chef at 4:30 p.m. (refreshments are served), and a copy of a Taste of Home Cookbook (retail value of the book is $29.95). The quantity of VIP seats is limited.

General admission tickets are $12 in advance and $15 the day of the show.
