Tang Museum Workshop: Sound Mind
SoundMind is a workshop that combines meditation, sensory awareness, and aesthetic activation of the breath, body, and voice. Alone, in pairs, and as a group, participants will explore resonance and vibration through touching, listening, and collaborative creation.
