Saratoga County Program for Arts Funding (SPAF) The Saratoga County Program for Arts Funding (SPAF) provides fundings for arts and cultural programming in communities throughout Saratoga County via Project and Artist Grants. SPAF is a regrant program of the Decentralization Program of the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA). Are you affiliated with a Saratoga County non-profit or municipality planning arts or cultural programming for 2013? Attend a SPAF Grant Seminar and learn how to apply for funding for your projects and programs! A representative from the lead applicant-organization is required to attend a seminar. If you are unable to attend a seminar, individual appointments may also be arranged. Grant seminar preregistration is required. Please call 584-4132.
