Did you know that exercise offers numerous health benefits?

Join us for Saratoga Moves! Each month, a Saratoga Hospital Care Provider may join us for a group activity in Saratoga Spa State Park (weather permitting). Activities will vary, and could include walking, jogging, hiking, or biking. All skill levels welcome.

Saratoga Hospital would like to thank the Saratoga Springs Lion’s Club for sponsoring the Saratoga Moves program and encouraging healthy lifestyles.
