Family Concert at Congress Park

Saratoga Springs Public Library presents a local favorite, Ruth Pelham performs original songs which focus on themes of peace, community, respect, and making a positive difference in the world while engaging children and families in group participation. This program is for ages 3 and up and registration is not necessary. Parents, please accompany pre-schoolers. Programs are about 45 minutes long and will take place in Congress Park near The Arts Center. In case of rain, all programs will be held in the Library’s H. Dutcher Community Room (First Floor
