Pocket Piano–A Harmonica Concert with Jia-Yi He

World-class harmonica virtuoso, Jia-Yi will perform a live concert at the library at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 27 in the H. Dutcher Community Room. Jia-Yi has performed across the world and has won prestigious awards in America, Europe, and the Far East. He plays many different kinds of harmonicas such as Chromatic, Diatonic, Tremolo, Bass, multiple harmonicas, as well as the largest harmonica and the smallest harmonica in the world. He has appeared at many television stations including China National CCTV and ABC, NBC, News 12 Long Island, Queens Public Television, and Sino Television, and others in the United States. Currently, Jia-Yi is a harmonica faculty member at the Turtle Bay Music School in New York City.
