PLANT and SIP Night!

Join Brookside Nursery as we teach you to plant herbs from seed all while sipping a delicious fresh herb infused cocktail handcrafted by the staff at Yankee Distillers. The cocktail will consist of spirits crafted at Yankee Distillers using 100% unmalted New York State Grains.  A distillery tour will kick off the evenings events followed by a tasting. During the latter part of the evening the staff of Brookside Nursery will guide you through planting your seeds and how to care for the herbs as they germinate and grow. Brookside Nursery will show you the steps to successfully start basil, cilantro, dill, borage, and mint from seed. In 8 short weeks you will have your own small garden of fresh herbs to create deliciously unique cocktails. Join us at 6pm on Friday April 21^st for this wonderful evening! Tickets can be purchased through Brookside Nursery or Yankee Distillers and must be purchased by April 19th. Tickets are $25 and include your tour, cocktail, 5 great herb infused cocktail recipes and all class materials.
