Lead by a Romana's Pilates Certified Instructor, this 4-week series will introduce you to the Pilates method and elevate your body to a new level of fitness. The first class might leave you scratching your head, but by the last class you will leave stronger, longer and looking for more! We will track your progress with assessments and prepare you to advance your Pilates practice.These are the first 12 classes of a 3-part series, no previous Pilates experience is necessary.
