Pilates for Progression

This is the first installment of a 3-part series; this 4-week session will introduce you to the Pilates method and elevate your body to a new level of fitness.The first class might leave you scratching your head, but by the last class you leave stronger, longer and looking for more! We will track your progress with assessments and prepare you to advance your Pilates practice. No previous Pilates experience is necessary.
Cost includes classes on the days/times listed below and a complimentary 60 Minute Private Pilates session with Romana's Pilates Certified Instructor Annmarie Guglielmo.
