Pasta & Puccini After partaking of Saratoga National Golf Clubs handmade hors doeuvres during the cocktail hour you are invited to join us in the ballroom for a culinary feast of Trottole Pasta with Blistered Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes, Arugula, White Wine, and Goat Cheese Crumbles followed by an entrée duet of Grilled Petite Filet Mignon and Almond Encrusted Salmon. While you dine, sip fine Italian wines hand picked by Primes experienced sommeliers. Finish your feast with Torta di cioccolato flourless chocolate almond torte, coconut mousse, raspberry coulis, toasted coconut and fresh raspberries. The evenings entertainment will feature two of the most exciting young singers in the country who will be appearing with Opera Saratoga this summer: soprano Boya Wei, and tenor Dominick Corbacio. Boya and Dominick have prepared a program under the musical direction of Laurie Rogers that includes operatic favorites from Mozart to Puccini, along with a very special preview of the summer season with music by Daniel Catán from Il Postino!
