In July 2017, NYS released its final regulations for the implementation of New York State Paid Family Leave which goes in to effect on January 1, 2018.  We invite you to join Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP and the NYS Workers' Compensation Board for a presentation and panel discussion of that will help you prepare for the law’s implementation, answer questions about the new regulations, and discuss what employers should be doing today.
