Nonprofit Websites – Privacy Policies, Terms of Use and Cybersecurity: Shannon Knapp will focus on nonprofit privacy and cybersecurity, including website privacy policies, audit questionnaires, marketing and other ways that privacy and cybersecurity may impact your organization.

Common Employment Issues for Nonprofits: Mike Billok will focus on when a nonprofit may use volunteers versus when someone should be considered an employee, as well as handling accommodation requests from employees with disabilities. 

Hot Topics in 2023 – New and Notable Decisions, Laws and Compliance Requirements: Tom Simcoe and Delaney Knapp will focus on new and notable topics in the law of nonprofits for 2023, including recent changes in the law that will impact your organization and answers to our clients’ most frequently asked questions about the new Whistleblower Law, remote workers, exploring affiliations and more.
