This seminar is for all who serve or lead non profit organizations. Come hear tips from an expert about how we can identify, engage and improve the effectiveness of new and current board members. Doug is the President of the New York Council of Nonprofits (NYCON). ). He is also the current Treasurer, and immediate past chair of the National Council of Nonprofits, the nation’s largest network of nonprofits representing over 20,000 nonprofits who are affiliated with 40 state associations. NYCON is a statewide association of over 1,900 nonprofits. A continental breakfast will be served. Cost to attend is $25 per person, $30 if reservation received after Feb. 28.
