Learn to make healthy choices when dining at local restaurants and shopping at local stores.

Stay active using easy ways to exercise from local fitness professionals and physical therapists.

Discover upcoming diabetes programs and area diabetes resources. 

Take a Diabetes Fact Finding Walk thru the Saratoga Spa State Park in small groups each led by a local medical, nutrition, or fitness professional where you can ask your questions and get the facts.
