Human Resource Certification Course for HR Practitioners
Utilizing the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Learning System this course will provide Human Resource practitioners with the body of knowledge to prepare for the December/January test window for Professional in Human Resources and Senior Professional in Human Resources certification exams. PHR Test Eligibility: • 1 year of professional HR experience with a Master’s degree or higher or • 2 years of professional HR experience with a Bachelor’s degree or • 4 years of professional HR experience with less than a Bachelor’s degree. SPHR Test Eligibility: • 4 years of professional HR experience with a Master’s degree or higher or • 5 years of professional HR experience with a bachelor’s degree or • 7 years of professional HR experience with less than a Bachelor’s degree. This Instructor-led course by a SHRM-affiliated instructor will provide comprehensive preparation using the learning system. This intensive 12 week program encompasses the functional areas of HR management, including: Strategic Management, Workforce Planning and Employment, HR Development, Total Rewards, Employee and Labor Relations and Risk Management.
