Sarah Denio is a Certified Inner Alignment Coach, Holistic Nutrition Counselor, and Attuned Reiki Practitioner. She founded KindNest — a hub of simple, powerful resources for wellness, fertility, pregnancy, healing, and parenting — in 2018. Having attained a MS in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BS in Psychology at Hartwick College, Sarah has over 15 years business experience in corporate, not-for-profit and entrepreneurial environments. A native of the area, she lives in Gansevoort with her husband and 2 young daughters.
