Horse Farm Tour
The 2015 Saratoga County Horse Farm Tour is a FREE self-driven tour open to the public. The tour is designed to proved community access to selected horse farms in Saratoga County. This program is brought to you by Saratoga County Board of Supervisors, Cornell Cooperative Extension and The New York Thoroughbred Breeding and Development Fund.
