People are going to learn a few basic mindfulness exercises and practices that can be handy whenever One experiences stress and challenges in the workplace or in any other setting. These practices enhance our physical, emotional and cognitive well being. Any one can benefit from them. They are simple and easy to use. The class will be interactive and experiential. No props needed, we have everything in our studio except your presence.
