Healthy Saratoga Challenge Lunch
This "lunch and learn" event, hosted by E3 Training Studio (powered by VENT) and Planted Platter, will give you an overview of how exercise and plant-based nutrition can play a role in long-term wellness and better health:
- E3 Training Studio will talk about how to harness the science of high intensity intervals, rapid-fire strength training, and the total-body benefits of MMA-inspired punch and kick combos.
- Planted Platter will share the health benefits of limiting processed and animal-based foods and replacing them with whole-food, plant-based meals.
Upon arrival at Four Seasons, select your own lunch from a healthy buffet (your cost will vary based on what you choose). Mention that you are part of Health & Wellness Week and receive 20% off your cafe purchase during the event. Lunch will include a 30-minute program, with a Q/A session at the end.
Also at the lunch, you will meet several participants embarking on a month-long wellness adventure: E3 Training Studio and Planted Platter are teaming up to offer a month of healthy eating guidance and unlimited group workout coaching, at no charge.
