The enormous success of “Hay, Oats & Spaghetti,” a Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation fundraiser hosted by Giuseppe and Lauren Grisio owners of Mama Mia's of Saratoga Springs, NY, figures to be bigger than ever for its third anniversary on Monday, July 27 – the first Monday of the Saratoga Thoroughbred racing season. Building off the huge success from last year, including complimentary remarks during the event from Mayor Yepsen and Congressman Paul Tonko, this year the event will be moving to a larger venue to accommodate more guests (upwards of 200) and will kick off the beginning of the racing meet by welcoming the horse industry back to Saratoga.
