Get ready to celebrate at Hattie's 11th Annual Mardi Gras Party in Saratoga Springs which features Hattie's famous authentic Creole and Southern cuisine. The thematic event, dubbed “Masquerade Soiree” will be held at the Canfield Casino January 14, 2012 and each year benefits different local not-for-profits with Saratoga Sponsor a Scholar being the 2012 recipient.
