The workshop will provide the most up-to-date information on "Capacity Building for Emerging Organizations." If you are an emerging organization or an organization who wishes to improve your grant/capacity building skills, please join us. Topics discussed will include: Organizational Development, Strategic Planning Basics, Financial Management Basics, Performance Measurements and Evaluation and how to find and apply for grants.
