Eastern Overlook Path Ribbon Cutting

Please join the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce in celebrating the grand opening of the new accessible Eastern Overlook Path at the Grant Cottage Historic Site! The new 850-foot hard-surfaced pathway replaces a steep and eroding hiking path that posed significant accessibility issues for many wanting to enjoy the incredible panoramic views from the Eastern Overlook. It also helps visitors access a view that encompasses scenes of the pivotal 1777 Saratoga Campaign during the American Revolution, providing an opportunity to learn and reflect on the 250th anniversary of American independence.
