Civil War Weekend
This inaugural event will include dozens of Civil War era reenactors. Camp life, infantry, artillery, cavalry drills battles and firing demonstrations will bring the period to life. Musical performances, children's activities, authors, military artifact displays, food and venddors will provide a weekend full of learning and excitement for all ages! Admission $10 each day for ages 13 and up, free for children 12 and under.
The Civil War Weekend is made possible because of donations from the Town of Wilton, Scotty's, D.A. Collins, and Stewart's Shops. This project is supported with funding from the New York State Park and Trail Partnership Program (NYSPTPP) and New York’s Environmental Protection Fund. The NYSPTPP is administered by Parks & Trails New York, in partnership with the state Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation.
