Ketchum Jr. from the Saratoga Casino & Raceway Fortunes Restaurant at Belmonte Builders; Chef Dale Miller from Sperry’s at Blitman Development/St Ledger’s Woods; Chef Kim Klopstock from Fifty-South at Heritage Custom Builders; And Chef Christian Raeth from The Vista Restaurant at Van Patten Golf Club at The Michaels Group. The Northern Chef Tour on September 23rd will feature: Chef Jim Kavanaugh from Jacob & Anthony’s American Grille at Bette & Cring’s 38 High Rock; Chefs Fabrizio Basani & Roslyn Zecchini from Chianti Ristorante at Bonacio Construction’s Park Place; Chef P.
