Nipper Knolls Equine Facility, Inc. to host 3rd Annual Basket Party Fundraiser

Gansevoort, NY – Nipper Knolls Equine Center, Inc. will host their their third annual basket party fundraiser on Saturday, October 20, at the Gansevoort Fire House, 1870 Route 32N, Gansevoort. Doors open at 11:00 a.m. with drawings starting at 2:00 p.m. (Do not need to be present to win). For those not able to attend on Saturday, doors will be open on Friday, October 19 from 7 p.m. – 8 p.m. with the opportunity to purchase tickets and make selections. As an added incentive, for those purchasing at least two additional sets of tickets, will receive an additional set for free. Concessions will be available for purchase.
In addition to extraordinary baskets donated by over one-hundred generous businesses and individuals, there will be a silent auction featuring a hot-air balloon ride courtesy of Sunkiss Ballooing, a one-hour horse-drawn wagon ride courtesy of Vance Acres, a photo session by Tracey Buyce, a one hour scenic flight for up to three passengers courtesy of Northumberland Flying Club and more. Everyone enjoys a little competition, and there will be a Heads or Tails game with the winner taking home a flat screen television. These are just a few of the fabulous prizes.
The Nipper Knolls Equine Center, Inc. is a 501(c) 3, nonprofit organization whose mission is to share the joys of horsemanship with children with special needs and military veterans. There are no administrative costs or salaries paid. This is a 100% volunteer organization.
