Ascent Fabrication has moved into a new office in Saratoga Springs which will enable us to expand our 3D printing services as well as begin to provide prosthetic care in 2023. Owner and Certified Prosthetist, Joe Fairley, started Ascent Fabrication out of his garage in April 2021 primarily providing the prosthetic and orthotic field with central fabrication services solely through 3D printing. His aspirations for helping to lead the P&O field into a new digital age are quickly showing results, by also providing in-house training services for those clinics looking to implement 3D printing within their own clinic. By utilizing the digital workflow (3D scanning, digital clinical modifications, CAD, and 3D printing) we are also pioneering a pilot program to offer Direct Prosthetic Care (DPxC), modeled after the successful Direct Primary Care (DPC) initiative. Our Clinical Solutions division aims to provide affordable and fully accessible prosthetic care to all amputees regardless of financial barriers and outside of traditional insurance pathways
