Annual Business-to-Business Expo

The 2022 B2B Expo will be held, on Thursday, October 6, 2022, at the Saratoga Springs City Center. This popular event attracts attendees representing a wide range of private, nonprofit and public sector organizations.  This is traditionally the region’s largest B2B networking event of the year!

Booths start at $500.  Booth sizes are as follows:
Single Booth Space-  8x10 space, an 8ft table, linen, two chairs 
Double Booth Space- 8x20 space, an 8ft table (unless requesting two), two chairs (unless requesting four) 
All requests need to be made by September 29th.

 Load In will start at 11am.  Vehicles on the show floor will need to be delivered by Wednesday, 10/5 at 7am.  All other load in information will be sent the week prior to the show.  
Networking privately between exhibitors will start promptly at 2:30-3:30pm with cash bar.  Doors will open to all attendees at 3:30pm.
